IRS Swati Chopra's book of poems 'The Mosaic' released in Delhi

A book titled 'The Mosaic', a compilation of poems, written by Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer Swati Chopra, was released by Bansuri Swaraj, a member of parliament and Hardayal Singh, Former Chief Commissioner of Income Tax at India International Center on Thursday.

New Delhi [India], July 12 (ANI): A book titled 'The Mosaic', a compilation of poems written by Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer Swati Chopra, was released by Bansuri Swaraj, a member of parliament and Hardayal Singh, former Chief Commissioner of Income Tax at India International Center on Thursday.
During the event, the chief guest Bansuri Swaraj and Hardayal Singh shared their thoughts on the poet's incredible collection of poetry and recited a few poems from the book.
Chopra, a 2011 batch IRS officer is presently posted in Panchkula as Additional Commissioner, CGST. She has put down life-based events in the form of a book of poems.

The Mosaic is a collection of poems that explores the timeless themes of love, loss, joy and alienation with lyrical grace and profound insight.

Holding a BTech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering as well as a master's degree in political science, Swati is a versatile individual, excelling as a prolific writer, an eloquent orator and a trained Kathak dancer. Additionally, she is a distinguished senior bureaucrat in the Indian Civil Services. A revered motivational speaker and a devoted mother, Swati's passion for yoga accentuates her dedication to holistic well-being. (ANI)
