INX Media case: Peter Mukerjea sent to judicial custody till April 13

In 2019, Shah was arrested in a case registered by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) against him and other separatist leaders in 2017. The separatist leader has not been released from judicial custody ever since.

AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami denied holding alliance talks with actor-politician Vijay's Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), stating that no such discussions have taken place and the media is spreading speculation.

A bench of Justices JB Pardiwala and KV Vishwanathan reasoned that the as per various medical reports, further administration of CAN (Clinically Assisted Nutrition) will not be in the best interest of the patient.
