Interactive session for investment opportunities in Madhya Pradesh to held in Mumbai on July 13

During the session, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will address the gathering outlining the Government's vision and initiatives to promote investment, innovation and sustainable development in the state.

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) [India], July 11 (ANI): An interactive session on investment opportunities in Madhya Pradesh is scheduled to be held at the Hotel Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai on July 13, according to an official release.
"Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has declared the year 2025 as 'Industry Year' to encourage investment in Madhya Pradesh. Under the leadership of CM Yadav, continuous efforts are being made to strengthen the positive environment through various strategies, schemes to promote industrial development. 'Invest Madhya Pradesh-Global Investor Summit-2025' is proposed to be organised in Bhopal in February 2025," the release read.
The objective of the GIS-2025 Summit is to establish Madhya Pradesh as a favourable investment destination and to include it among the leading states of the country by highlighting the capabilities, abundant resources and favourable industrial environment of the state, it added.
"To make the summit successful, the Department of Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion, Government of India is organising interactive sessions in various cities of the country on investment opportunities, resources in Madhya Pradesh. The first such session is being organised in Mumbai, the financial capital of the country, on July 13," the statement further read.
Mumbai is the headquarters of many major business organisations /companies, and it also has the oldest stock exchange. Leading industrialists from various sectors based in Mumbai are being invited to the proposed interactive session, the release further read.
During the session, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will address the gathering outlining the government's vision and initiatives to promote investment, innovation and sustainable development in the state. The Principal Secretary, Department of Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion, Government of Madhya Pradesh will provide information on investment opportunities and prospects. Leading industrialists of Madhya Pradesh will also share their views on the state's industrial scenario and growth prospects, the release added.
The event will provide a platform for investors to connect with key stakeholders, participate in roundtable discussions and network with industry representatives. One-to-one meetings will be held between industry representatives and the Chief Minister. This will provide a unique opportunity for collaboration on various topics related to industrial development, it added. (ANI)
