Raipur (Chhattisgarh) [India], July 30 (ANI): The Indian Institute of Management Raipur (IIM Raipur) has launched the latest cohort of its Executive Development Programme in General Management.
This 12-month blended programme is designed for professionals aspiring to accelerate their career trajectories by building a robust foundation in business strategy, cross-functional leadership and analytical decision-making, said the statement.
The blended programme is designed to empower learners to lead amid complexity, drive innovation and adopt a holistic approach to managing diverse functions. As businesses navigate the intricacies of a globalised, digital-first economy, professionals today must seamlessly integrate strategy, leadership, operations, finance, marketing and human capital. The curriculum enables them to do just that, fostering adaptability and sustainable leadership.
As per the statement, the Executive Development Programme in General Management prepares learners for senior management roles, entrepreneurship and decision-making in a digital and global business environment.
What sets the IIM Raipur Executive Programme in General Management apart is its strategically structured, 10-module curriculum, beginning with Module 0 - a foundational segment covering Managerial and Business Economics, which contextualises business decisions with macroeconomic and environmental frameworks.
Each subsequent module is meticulously crafted to build strategic acumen in key management domains - from Data Analytics and Financial Management to marketing, HR, operations and Artificial Intelligence for business. The inclusion of modules on Generative AI and Sustainability ensures that learners gain future-oriented insights and develop the ethical sensibilities crucial in today's leadership landscape.
Speaking about the announcement, Prof. Ram Kumar Kakani, Director, IIM Raipur, said, "At IIM Raipur, we recognise the urgent need for leaders who are not only technically proficient but also strategically aligned with global business realities.
This programme is designed to foster that alignment by offering a rigorous, multidimensional learning experience that enhances leadership capabilities across domains, ranging from digital transformation to AI and Data Analytics, equipping professionals to drive sustained impact."
Sridhar Nagarajachar, Business Head, TimesPro, said, "TimesPro is delighted to collaborate with IIM Raipur in delivering the Executive Development Programme in General Management. At TimesPro, we are committed to delivering high-quality executive education that is accessible, inclusive and transformative through technology. GMP from IIM Raipur empowers mid-career professionals to build their strategic managerial competencies to sense an organisation's current business and also jumpstart their tomorrow's leadership role to construct an organisation's future growth business."
The immersive pedagogy of this programme blends LIVE online sessions, two campus immersions of three days each at IIM Raipur. In addition, learners will get access to the SLIQ Cloud Campus - an advanced learning platform that supports learners through digital tools, interactive sessions and self-paced resources, providing a flexible and accessible experience for busy professionals.
Delivered via a Direct-to-Device learning platform, the programme is open to professionals with a minimum of three years of work experience. It offers a compelling proposition for managers, entrepreneurs and business heads seeking to broaden their strategic influence.
The final on-campus module anchors the programme in real-world relevance through industry case studies, collaborative projects and a valedictory session celebrating transformative growth. Successful learners will be conferred with Executive Alumni Status from IIM Raipur, gaining access to an exclusive network of distinguished professionals from previous cohorts.
With its emphasis on experiential learning, faculty excellence and peer interaction, the IIM Raipur - TimesPro's Executive Development General Management Programme stands as a premier choice for executives aiming to future-proof their careers. (ANI)
