Chandigarh (Haryana) [India], September 6 (ANI): Ahead of the upcoming Haryana assembly polls on October 5, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate from Garhi Sampla-Kiloi, Manju Hooda asserted that she has hard work, and believes the public supports her.
"I have said this earlier too that I have my hard work, belief, and public support with me. I have no political background. I have just my hard work with me," Manju Hooda said.
"I have worked on the ground that politics is fine, but there should be harmony with each other otherwise we will lag behind, she added.
When asked about her husband Rajesh Hooda's image of being a gangster, she said, "After joining politics, and even 10 years before that, my husband has not done anything to personally hurt anyone or harm anyone. I know that I will win."
Manju Hooda has been nominated as a candidate from the BJP in the Garhi Sampla-Kiloi assembly seat, where Congress leader and former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda is the sitting MLA.
