Chandigarh (Punjab) [India], January 5 (ANI): Expressing his happiness at being invited to the consecration ceremony of Ram Mandir which will be held on January 22, singer Kanhaiya Mittal said that he considered himself fortunate to get the opportunity to witness the historic moment in Ayodhya.
"I have received an invitation. I consider myself as fortunate that I got the opportunity to witness that moment. We have prepared a lot of Bhajans. We had prepared only 2-3 bhajans before receiving the invitation. It is very fortunate that our first bhajan has been released on the official channel of the Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Sthal on YouTube," he told ANI.
Meanwhile, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust shared the key features of the Ram Temple on Thursday.
The Mandir is in the traditional Nagara style and has a length (east-west) of 380 feet, a width of 250 feet, and a height of 161 feet. Nagara architecture is a style of temple architecture originating in North India. The Temples have tall pyramidal towers called Shikharas that have a Kalash at the top. The pillars of the temples are carved with intricate designs and the walls decorated with sculptures and reliefs.
According to the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth, the Ram Mandir is three-storyed, with each floor being 20 feet tall. It has a total of 392 pillars and 44 doors.
The Garbhagriha is the innermost sanctum of the temple, where the deity is enshrined. In the main sanctum sanctorum, there is the childhood form of Bhagwan Shri Ram (the idol of Shri Ram Lalla) and on the first floor, there will be a Shri Ram Darbar.
The temple consists of five Mandaps (Hall) namely Nritya Mandap, Rang Mandap, Sabha Mandap, Prarthna and Kirtan Mandaps.
Rapid work is underway to make Ayodhya City an international religious tourism city. Many VVIP guests from the country and abroad are expected to come to Ayodhya to attend the Ram Mandir consecration ceremony to be held on 22 January.
The government is also making separate arrangements for VVIP tourists. Electric cars have now been started to make Ayodhya a net zero carbon emission city.
12 electric cars have been deployed to provide a pleasant journey to VVIP tourists. All these 12 electric cars are parked at Ayodhya Cantt Railway Station, Ayodhya Dham Junction, Maharishi Valmiki International Airport Ayodhya to welcome VVIPs.
"These electric cars will be provided for all those who come here to visit Ram Mandir. You can find electric cars everywhere in Ayodhya now. Currently, there are 12 cars in the fleet which will be available for booking via a mobile application," said Dilip Pandey, local supervisor of the electric car taxi service in Ayodhya. (ANI)

“Govt must clarify LPG reserves, supply timelines to public

"The government should clarify - what is the amount of reserves in our country presently, how much is left, how much can be consumed over how many days, and by when are they expecting that the LPG supply would be normalised. I believe the government is having talks; the people of this nation also need to be told about the current situation. If there is a crisis of energy, then by when the government plans to resolve it should also be clarified to the people, especially to the common man," he said.
