Hyderabad Police held 1 with 50-gram gold, 500-gram silver
Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], Mar 1 (ANI): Hyderabad Police on Friday claimed to have arrested a person allegedly involved in gold and silver robbery. Police have seized 50-gram gold and 500-gram silver from his possession.

Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], Mar 1 (ANI): Hyderabad Police on Friday claimed to have arrested a person allegedly involved in gold and silver robbery. Police have seized 50-gram gold and 500-gram silver from his possession.
The accused identified as Shaik Ismail is said to be allegedly involved in 13 different cases and was also held earlier for his involvement in nine cases by the police.
Anjani Kumar, Commissioner of Police, said, "On the basis of credible information our team apprehended Shaik Ismail, a habitual offender."
"He used to go from one colony to another, targeting school children by introducing himself as a friend. After befriending them, he used to ask children to get gold and silver ornaments on the pretext of making various designs," he said.
"After getting gold or silver, he would divert children's attention and elope with the precious metals. Further investigation in the matter is underway," said Kumar. (ANI)
