Hyderabad: 45-year-old booked for sexually assaulting minor daughter

Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], Nov 25 (ANI): A 45-year-old man has been booked for allegedly sexually assaulting his 13-year-old daughter in SR Nagar police station area in Hyderabad.

Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], Nov 25 (ANI): A 45-year-old man has been booked for allegedly sexually assaulting his 13-year-old daughter in SR Nagar police station area in Hyderabad.
A case has been registered under relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act). The accused has been arrested and sent to judicial custody on the basis of the victim's statement.
According to Circle Inspector of SR Nagar police station, the minor girl stated in her complaint that her father used to touch her private parts, based on which a case has been registered.
The police has sent the minor girl for counselling. (ANI)
