Hyderabad: 1 toddler dead, 15 injured after taking vaccination

Trinamool Congress (TMC) National General Secretary and MP Abhishek Banerjee on Monday slammed Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, accusing him of showing "no shame" over deaths during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process and criticising his "Tughlaqi attitude" as he arrived in Kolkata.

Speaking to ANI, George, Secretary of Blue Cross of Trichy, said the woman allegedly smashed two puppies against a wall near their rescue centre, resulting in their immediate deaths.

Speaking to ANI, CVDF Liaison Officer Rose Ngaihte said that the "peaceful" protest march is organised against the deaths since the outbreak of violence in Manipur in 2023. Condemning the death of Vungzagin Valte, she slammed the mishandling of the issue by the BJP-led state and central government.

Expressing condolences to the bereaved families, they acknowledged the deaths on X, stating, "IAF acknowledges the loss of Sqn Ldr Anuj and Flt Lt Purvesh Duragkar, who sustained fatal injuries in the Su-30 crash. All personnel of the IAF express sincere condolences and stand firmly with the bereaved family in this time of grief."

Addressing a press conference on global health issues with Director-General of the World Health Organisation (WHO) Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Nadda said that through the Ayushman Bharat initiative, 86 million women have successfully been screened for Cervical Cancer.
