Humanoid Robo Sofiya impresses everyone at WCIT 2018

Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], Feb 21 (ANI): Second day of the World Congress on Information Technology (WCIT) 2018 was a stage for the discussions like new technologies and artificial intelligence and many more things.

As a part of the artificial intelligence, the humanoid Robot Sofiya was interviewed by her creator David Hassan, who was also present in the event.

Sofiya impressed everyone present at the venue with her talks.

Speaking at the event, Sofiya said, "I need rest as much as human beings. I understand 66 feelings."

Sophia further said that she considers Hong Kong as her favourite place as that is where she was born.

"I am very fond of Hong Kong compared to all other places I have visited. My intention is everyone in the world should be loveable. There is no great word beyond 'Thank you'," she added.

Sofiya's creater Hanson told the media, "I was doing research on Robo since 1992. My goal is to make a Robo like a family member. Irrespective of the technology advancement, the robots will always be under the control of human beings." (ANI)
