Himachal Pradesh: Kharapathar receives fresh snowfall

Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) [India], Feb 14 (ANI): Kharanpathar village in Shimla received fresh snowfall on Thursday owing to a western disturbance in the Himalayan region.

Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) [India], Feb 14 (ANI): Kharanpathar village in Shimla received fresh snowfall on Thursday owing to a western disturbance in the Himalayan region.
The other parts of the state have been engulfed by the snow. The schools which were scheduled to be opened on February 13 will now open on February 18.
The IMD also forecast heavy rain, snow or thunderstorm accompanied with hailstorm at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir.
The land areas of other northern states including Delhi, Punjab, and Haryana have been witnessing moderate rainfall today. (ANI)
