"He told me discipline will make success path for me": Raebareli locals highlight interaction with Rahul Gandhi

School students and other members of the community shared their experiences of the interaction, highlighting Rahul Gandhi's assurances and support for their concerns, particularly in the areas of education and livelihood.

Raebareli (Uttar Pradesh) [India], February 21 (ANI): During his visit to Raebareli, Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, engaged with local students and residents, sparking conversations about education, employment, and community development.
School students and other members of the community shared their experiences of the interaction, highlighting Rahul Gandhi's assurances and support for their concerns, particularly in the areas of education and livelihood.
A school student told ANI, "He (Rahul Gandhi) asked me the importance of a disciplined captain. I said that a discipline captain provides discipline on the school campus. Then he told me that the discipline will make the path of success for me."
Mohammad Ausaf Khan, the Manager at Human Public School in Raebareli, mentioned that they presented their school's needs to the Congress MP, who assured them of his support.

"We wanted to invite him (Rahul) to a program at our school because education has always been a concern for him, and we also believe that education is the backbone of any community. He has also offered to help us. We need some computer labs and a library. The children also spoke to him, and he assured us that whatever can be done in this regard, he will do," Khan told ANI.
The Gram Rozgar Sevak Welfare Association District President, while speaking to ANI, highlighted that they have not received wages for three-four months and have brought this issue to the attention of the Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition.

"We came to meet Rahul Ji because our workers haven't received wages for 3-4 months. These are the people who work all day and need money for food in the evening. The MGNREGA Act states that wages should be paid within 15 days, but this is not happening. The roads that animals never used to go on are now being used by luxury cars because those roads were built by MGNREGA workers. Rahul Ji is our Member of Parliament, and he assured us that he will provide all possible help," he said.
Rahul Gandhi also interacted with Kapil Dev, a student at Mool Bharti Hostel who wants to become a pilot.
Kapil shared his thoughts with Rahul Gandhi and expressed his desire to become a pilot. He also spoke to Rahul about his financial difficulties
The Lok Sabha LoP assured to help the student.
Kapil is pursuing his graduation. He is studying at Firoz Gandhi Degree College in the city. His father is a labourer at a brick kiln. (ANI)
