New Delhi [India], Sept. 24 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that he has tried to keep his monthly radio address Mann Ki Baat away from politics.

Delivering the 36th edition of the monthly radio address to the nation, the Prime Minister said, "I have tried to keep the common man as the focus in Mann Ki Baat and kept it away from politics."

He further said that Mann Ki Baat has given him a wonderful opportunity to connect with the positivity and sentiments of people.

"As a result of Mann Ki Baat government has become more sensitive. The three year journey of Mann Ki Baat is a journey of people's feelings and experiences," he added.

The Prime Minister shared his thoughts with the people in the country and abroad during the Mann Ki Baat programme aired on All India Radio at 11 a.m. today.

Prime Minister Modi also asked people to share their views, ideas and suggestions on the Narendra Modi App and My Gov Open Forum.

Mann Ki Baat is an apolitical and interactive broadcast focusing on welfare and well-being of the people. (ANI)
