Haryana STF nabs notorious criminal evading law agencies since 2020

The Special Task Force of Haryana Police has arrested notorious criminal Rakesh alias Kala Khairmpuria, facing several criminal cases.

Chandigarh (Haryana) [India], July 14 (ANI): The Special Task Force of Haryana Police has arrested notorious criminal Rakesh alias Kala Khairmpuria, facing several criminal cases.
According to the Haryana STF, "Rakesh alias Kala Khairampuria has been evading law enforcement agencies since he was released on parole in 2020."
Using a fraudulently acquired passport, Rakesh fled the country in early 2023 and operated his criminal gang from abroad, forging alliances with local gangs and carrying out violent incidents.
He had links with notorious criminal groups like the Himanshu Bhau Gang and the Neeraj Faridpuria Gang, said the Haryana STF.

Earlier on Friday, the Delhi Police Crime Branch, in a joint operation with the Haryana Special Task Force (STF), gunned down three shooters associated with the Himanshu Bhau gang.
The encounter happened in the Kharkhoda area of Sonipat, Haryana, by the Crime Branch of Delhi Police and Haryana STF on Friday.
A Delhi Police also got injured during the encounter, but is safe, the police said.
The three shooters have been identified as Ashish alias Lalu, Sunny Kharar, and Vicky Ridhana.
Out of the three killed; Ashish and Vicky were involved in Delhi's Burger King shootout incident. (ANI)
