Haryana CM extends greetings on state's 59th foundation day

Chandigarh (Haryana) [India], November 1 (ANI): Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Friday extended greetings to the people of the state on the 59th foundation day.
"People of Haryana, today we are celebrating the 59th foundation day of our state. On the foundation day of the state, I extend my heartfelt greetings to all my brothers and sisters and the people of the state. I wish for the bright future of everyone. This is the season of festivals. After Diwali, there is Goverdhan puja. I extend my best wishes to all my sisters on behalf of Bhai Dhooj," the Haryana CM said in a video message.
Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended greetings and said that Haryana has always contributed significantly to the development of the country.
"Our Haryana, known for its rich historical heritage, has always contributed significantly to the development of the country. On the foundation day of the state, along with extending my heartfelt greetings to all my brothers and sisters who are partners in the progress of this state, I wish them happiness, prosperity and good health," PM Modi posted on X.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that Haryana has been progressing on the path of development and progress for the last decade.
"Heartiest greetings to all the residents of the state on the foundation day of Veerbhoomi Haryana. The hardworking farmers of the state, the soldiers dedicated to the nation's defence and the energetic sportspersons are playing a leading role in accelerating the country's development journey, making it secure and bringing glory to it on global platforms. The way Haryana has been progressing on the path of development and progress for the last decade, I wish that this journey of prosperity continues uninterrupted," Amit Shah said.
Haryana Day marks the creation of Haryana as a separate state on November 1, 1966. Before this, Haryana was part of Punjab. (ANI)
