Safaris have been going on across the country for many years and it is not right to stop safaris suddenly without conducting a survey, he said.

The government led by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami is working with sensitivity to encourage meritorious students across the state, with a total of 21,743 students receiving scholarships under different schemes so far, the Uttarakhand Assembly was informed during the Budget Session.

Pushkar Singh Dhami, while speaking to the reporters, said, "We are taking strict action against rumours, and there is no such problem anywhere in Uttarakhand. We are keeping a close eye on the situation.
