Graduate Employee of Air India SATS arrested for theft

New Delhi [India], September 14 (ANI): A graduate employee of Air India SATS was arrested on Thursday in a case of baggage theft at New Delhi's Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport.

The arrested, identified as Arnab Ghosal, 23, was arrested by the IGI Airport Unit.

On September 11, an employee of Air India SATS was deputed for getting custom clearance of nine bags.

After getting them cleared, he went to Domestic Arrival for in-line induction. Later on, he noticed that one of the nine bags was missing from there after which he reported the matter to his seniors.

Thereafter, a case was registered at the IGI Airport Police Station and the investigation was taken up. (ANI)
