Noida (Uttar Pradesh) [India], May 22 (ANI): A fire broke out at a ply company in Noida's Sector 67 on Wednesday, according to officials from the Fire Service Department.
Fire tenders are working to control and extinguish the blaze.
"Efforts are underway to douse the fire," an official said.
The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are not known yet.
In a separate incident earlier this morning, a fire broke out in the basement of the government hospital in Sector 39, Noida. The fire originated from an inverter battery, said a police official.
The incident occurred at 3:55 am.
Chief Fire Officer Pradeep K Chaubey said that as soon as the information was received, eight fire tenders reached the spot and doused the fire. (ANI)
