Fire at Kolkata ice cream factory brought under control; no casualties reported

The fire officials have managed to control the fire that broke out at an ice cream factory in Dumdum Nagar Market in Kolkata on Friday, officials said.

Kolkata (West Bengal) [India], July 12 (ANI): Fire department officials said on Friday that a blaze, that broke out at an ice cream factory in Kolkata's Dumdum Nagar Market earlier today was successfully brought under control.
"The fire has been brought under control. There is no chance of spreading fire. 13 fire tenders are working and when the fire broke out there were 20 fire tenders at the spot. This is a factory where the fire broke out," Arun Ghosh, an officer in charge of Lake Town Fire Station told ANI.
The officials further said that no casualties have been reported so far.
Upon receiving information on the blaze, fire tenders were rushed to the scene and operations were initiated to douse the blaze.
The exact cause of the fire could not be ascertained.
