Patna (Bihar) [India], October 9 (ANI): The NDA alliance in Bihar is working towards sealing its seat sharing deal with principal constituents JDU, BJP, LJP (RV) and HAM bargaining hard for their share. Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) Bihar chief Raju Tiwari on Thursday said that the party has entrusted full authority to its National President, Chirag Paswan, to take the final call on the matter.
Speaking to reporters after a key party meeting in Patna, Tiwari said, "All senior leaders of our party were present in today's meeting. We have all unanimously given the entire responsibility to our National President Chirag Paswan to take the final call, and it will be acceptable to each and every member of the party."
Earlier today, Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) chief and Union Minister Chirag Paswan said that discussions are underway regarding the seat-sharing formula within the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) ahead of the Bihar Assembly elections scheduled to be held in two phases next month.
Chirag Paswan told reporters, "Discussions are going on. I have other responsibilities too. As long as I am a Minister, I have the responsibility of the ministry too. I am going for that right now."
