New Delhi [India], August 16 (ANI): Former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister, Manish Sisodia, extended birthday wishes to jailed Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and said that the "Delhi CM has been fighting the toughest battle against the dictatorship prevailing in the country."
