Karnal (Haryana) [India], January 28 (ANI): Tearing into the opposition INDIA bloc after JDU President and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, who was at the forefront of the bloc, joined back the BJP-led NDA regime, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Sunday said that all their efforts have been "futile" so far and "will not either materalise" in the future.
