Dhinakaran wins RK Nagar by-polls

The party described demonetisation as a "Tughlaqi farman" that forced ordinary citizens to wait in serpentine queues outside banks and ATMs for days to access their own money. The post also highlighted the 2020 COVID-19 oxygen crisis, when families stood in long lines outside hospitals and suppliers as the public health system collapsed.

Punjab Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Sunil Jakhar said that in the Punjab Legislative Assembly, the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the opposition Congress are creating drama through mutual coordination to divert people's attention from real issues affecting Punjab.

AMMK General Secretary T T V Dhinakaran said that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) will come to power in Tamil Nadu, stating that people are dissatisfied with the present government.

DK Shivakumar said, "The MPs speak on all kinds of issues. Instead, they should raise the issue of LPG shortage in the Parliament and get justice to the people of the state," he said while speaking to reporters at his Sadashivanagar residence.

Union Minister Giriraj Singh on Thursday slammed the Congress after the Lok Sabha rejected the resolution to remove Speaker Om Birla, alleging "no unity" within the party.
