Devotee dies in bus accident in Kerala's Pathanamthitta

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Thursday interacted with students of Government Senior Secondary School, Rail, in Hamirpur district’s Nadaun area and sought feedback on their studies, careers and changes in the education sector. During the interaction, students raised issues related to cleanliness, the CBSE curriculum, NEET question paper leaks, bus services and damaged school steps. Sukhu said cleanliness should become a people’s movement and stressed that those involved in question paper leaks would face strict action. He also directed officials to repair the damaged steps and said necessary arrangements were being made for a bus service from Rangs to the school.

Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel on Thursday participated in a ‘Shramdaan’ cleanliness drive at the Vadnagar Bus Port, the birthplace of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as part of the ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ campaign.

The US-based Foundation for Aviation Safety (FAS) has written to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB), alleging a lack of transparency in the ongoing investigation into the Air India AI-171 crash, accusing the agency of failing to acknowledge critical documents submitted to it regarding the aircraft involved in the accident on June 12, 2025. 

Two workers died and two others were seriously injured after being run over by a car around 2:30 am on Thursday, while they were installing grills on the Dwarka Expressway. 

Four women died while five others were injured after a wall collapsed in Sanwer on Wednesday.
