Delhi to host colourful dances from Sri Lanka

New Delhi [India], Feb 1(ANI): A Sri Lankan Navy troupe is set to present traditional colourful dances and drum performance from the island country at an open-air cultural event being hosted by the Sri Lanka High Commission here.

A 20 member dance troupe from the Sri Lankan Navy is going to perform in a cultural programme slated to take place in New Delhi on February 5

New Delhi [India], Feb 1(ANI): A Sri Lankan Navy troupe is set to present traditional colourful dances and drum performance from the island country at an open-air cultural event being hosted by the Sri Lanka High Commission here.
The event, a collaboration with New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) is scheduled at the Charkha Museum Open Air Theatre in Connaught Place on February 5.
The performance by a 20 member dance troupe from the Sri Lankan Navy brings together dance forms from various parts of Sri Lanka and will depict the nature and the beauty of wildlife in the country.
This cultural show is open for all.  (ANI)
