Judicial Magistrate (First class) Charu Asiwal granted three days custody of Rajnish to Delhi police.
Accused is to be produced before the court on October 3.
Delhi police sought five days custody remand to investigate the case.
While seeking five days remand, the Police said that Rajnish is a passenger of the same vehicle used in the commission of offence of killing the constable.
The person who was driving the vehicle is absconding. There are inputs that the accused persons had visited their friend in Ponta Sahib in Himachal Pradesh.
