Delhi Minister Parvesh Verma inaugurates Ayushman Arogya Mandir at Babar Road, says "will save big hospitals from heavy load"

Following the inauguration, Parvesh Verma mentioned that all the facilities are available in the Ayushman Arogya Mandir and 33 Arogya Mandirs have been inaugurated in Delhi on Tuesday.

New Delhi [India], June 17 (ANI): Delhi Minister Parvesh Verma on Tuesday inaugurated the Ayushman Arogya Mandir at Babar Road in New Delhi.
Following the inauguration, Parvesh Verma mentioned that all the facilities are available in the Ayushman Arogya Mandir, and 33 Arogya Mandirs were inaugurated in Delhi on Tuesday.
Apart from the inauguration of 33 Arogya Mandirs on Tuesday, 1139 more will be inaugurated in the future, the Delhi Minister informed. He stated that the Arogya Mandirs were inaugurated so that the hospitals do not get heavy load and a fund of Rs 2400 has been provided by the Delhi government which will be used for the welfare of the people.
"All the primary care facilities are available here. Today, 33 Ayushman Arogya Mandirs have been inaugurated in Delhi, and 1139 will be inaugurated in the future. Along with it, Jan Aushadhi Kendra was inaugurated...It is done so that our big hospitals do not get a heavy load...A fund of Rs 2400 crores has been provided to the Delhi government. All of it will be used for the welfare of the people", he told reporters.
Earlier today, Delhi Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa inaugurated an Ayushman Aarogya Mandir at Budh Bazaar Road, B Block, in Chaukhandi.
After the inauguration, Manjinder Singh Sirsa informed us that 33 Ayushman Aarogya Mandirs were inaugurated on Tuesday, and they have excellent infrastructure and facilities.
"A total of 33 Arogya Mandirs have been inaugurated today, and they have excellent infrastructure", Manjinder Singh Sirsa said.
Last month, on May 18, in a major health initiative under the Pradhan Mantri Vay Vandana Yojana, Delhi Minister Ashish Sood distributed Ayushman Bharat cards to senior citizens aged 70 and above in Janakpuri, West Delhi.
Speaking to ANI at the event, Ashish Sood said, "Chief Minister Rekha Gupta started the distribution of Ayushman Bharat cards... We are ensuring that the beneficiaries get Ayushman Bharat cards so that they can avail its benefits..."
The Ayushman Bharat Yojana, launched by the Government of India, has continued to expand its reach in Delhi. This initiative will provide health security to every citizen. Ayushman Card will provide better health services to the people of Delhi. (ANI)
