New Delhi [India], May 14 (ANI): Two days after Dhruv Raj Tyagi, a man who was stabbed to death for objecting to lewd remarks against his daughter in Delhi's Moti Nagar area, the victim's daughter alleged that the accused were drunk and the family of one of the accused encouraged him to carry out the violence.
"There are so many gangs in this area where they carry out all sort of misdeeds. Even the person who stabbed my father was drunk that day and his family encouraged him to carry out violence by passing a knife to him," she said.
