New Delhi [India], Oct 5 (ANI): The Delhi government has appointed Special Public Prosecutors Rebecca John and Vishal Gosain to conduct a trial in the death of Ankit Saxena.

New Delhi [India], Oct 5 (ANI): The Delhi government has appointed Special Public Prosecutors Rebecca John and Vishal Gosain to conduct a trial in the death of Ankit Saxena.
The Delhi-based photographer was stabbed to death in West Delhi's Khyala area on February 1 by the family members of his girlfriend, as they were against their relationship.
The woman's father allegedly whipped out a knife and slit Saxena's throat.
Thereafter, the police arrested the woman's father, Akbar Ali, mother Shahnaaz, a juvenile younger brother and uncle Mohd. Salim on February 2.
A case was registered under sections 302/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The Delhi police, in the charge sheet filed in the case, stated that the murder was premeditated. (ANI)
