Congress govt in Telangana filled 60,000 government job vacancies: CM Revanth Reddy

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said on Friday that within one year of Congress coming into power in the state, 60,000 government job vacancies have been filled. He added that 30,000 more job vacancies will be filled by his government in the next 90 days.

Ranga Reddy (Telangana) [India], July 26 (ANI): Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said on Friday that within one year of Congress coming to power in the state, 60,000 government job vacancies have been filled. He added that 30,000 more job vacancies will be filled by his government in the next 90 days.
The Chief Minister was speaking at a passing out parade ceremony of the fourth batch of Telangana Fire Services and Civil Defence Training Institute, here. The Chief Minister was the Chief Guest at the event.
"Best wishes to the newly recruited firemen for completing successfully their training. Your parents are also delighted to see all the trained firemen. The previous government did not fulfill the aspirations of youth who actively participated in the Telangana movement. Congress government issued job notifications and also distributed appointment letters to the unemployed," the Chief Minister said.
"My government will function in tune with the aspirations of people. As part of that, education and agriculture have been allocated the highest amount of funds in the budget. In accordance with the ideas of the people's government, education and medical and health sectors are given top priority in the budget. Salaries are being paid on the first day of every month to the government employees and instilled confidence," Revanth Reddy said.
He told unemployed youth in the state to represent their problems to MLAs and Ministers. He said that he would be available to all to address their grievances. (ANI)
