"Companies are ready to come to India," says Rajasthan CM after he concludes his visit to UK, Germany

Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma concluded his 6-day visit to Germany and United Kingdom on Sunday, and said that MoUs worth Rs 15 lakh crores were signed with various companies during the visit.

Jaipur (Rajasthan) [India], October 20 (ANI): Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma concluded his 6-day visit to Germany and United Kingdom on Sunday, and said that MoUs worth Rs 15 lakh crores were signed with various companies during the visit.
The CM did investor outreach in both countries to promote the Viksit Rajasthan Global Summit.
"For the development & progress of Rajasthan, and make it 'Viksit Rajasthan', for the state and country to become 'Viksit' under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi, I was on a 6-day visit to Germany and UK. I would like to tell you that under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi, companies are ready to come to India. Companies want to invest. We said that there are immense possibilities in Rajasthan - be it any sector...We held talks with several companies and signed MoUs," CM Sharma said.
He also said that some of the companies representatives will be attending the Viksit Rajasthan Global Summit on December 9-11.
"Rising Rajasthan is more than 1.5 months away. Our Government is working to ensure that Rajasthan becomes a developed state, so our youth will get employment, in both private sector and government jobs. Moreover, what we have told in our Sankalp patra, we will fulfill those promises. Providing electrivity to farmers, jobs to youth, work for women empowerment, and work for the betterment of workers," he said.
During his visit to London, UK, CM Sharma also highlighted the tourism potential of Rajasthan during the tourism meet held at the Taj Hotel.
He highlighted that Rajasthan is known for its rich cultural heritage, historic landmarks and scenic beauty.
"Tourism industry not only plays important role in India's economy but also essential globally. Every third tourist that visits India visits Rajasthan as any traveller feels incomplete if he doesn't visit the state. Rajasthan is not only known for its tourism, but also for its historical and cultural heritage," CM Sharma said.
The summit will be held from December 9 to 11 in Jaipur. It will feature plenary sessions on key sectors such as agriculture, renewable energy, education, auto and EVs, infrastructure, tourism, and startups. (ANI)
