Dehradun (Uttarakhand) [India], August 25 (ANI): Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami attended the launch of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Mahanagar membership campaign in Dehradun on Sunday.
Speaking to the media, Dhami stated that the campaign serves as a platform to communicate the BJP's ideas, values, and principles to the public.
"This campaign has been organised to convey the ideas, values, and principles of the BJP to the people," he said.
He further emphasised that BJP workers are the backbone of the campaign, and it is their dedication that has strengthened the party.
"I believe all BJP workers are the backbone of this campaign, and their dedication has always strengthened the party. Under the leadership of the Prime Minister, all BJP workers are continuously working for the service of the country, upholding the motto of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Prayas as an ideal."
Additionally, he expressed confidence that a significant number of people from the state would join the BJP under this campaign and contribute to making India the Vishwa Guru (world leader).
"I have full faith that under this campaign, a large number of people from across Uttarakhand will join the BJP and ensure their contribution to making the country the Vishwa Guru," he added.
Earlier on Saturday, the office bearers of Uttarakhand Rajya Andolankari Manch met with Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at Mukhya Sevak Sadan, located at the Chief Minister's residence.
The office bearers expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister for the provision of a 10 per cent horizontal reservation in government service for state agitators.
