CM Adityanath announces ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh to kin of labourers died in MP

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], May 10 (ANI): Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday announced financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh each to the families of five labourers of Uttar Pradesh who died in a road accident in Madhya Pradesh's Narsinghpur.

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], May 10 (ANI): Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday announced financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh each to the families of five labourers of Uttar Pradesh who died in a road accident in Madhya Pradesh's Narsinghpur.
Adityanath also requested Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan to provide medical treatment to injured and stated that Uttar Pradesh government will bear the expenses of their treatment.
Five labourers died and 11 got injured after the truck they were travelling in overturned in Patha village in Narsinghpur on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday.
"A total of 18 people were in the truck laden with mangoes. When the truck overturned near Patha village in Narsinghpur, five labourers died and 11 got injured. The labourers were going in the mango laden truck from Hyderabad to Agra," said Deepak Saxena, District Collector of Narsinghpur. (ANI)
