Chitrakoot twins abduction and murder: 4 police personnel suspended

Father of the deceased, while speaking to ANI, said, "We demand that our son should get justice... The police have not conducted any inquiry or asked us about him... They are saying that they have arrested 5-6 people... They did not show us who they have arrested. "

Karkardooma Court acquitted a person accused in a 27-year-old case related to death and injuries due to negligence. The case pertains to a ceiling collapse during the construction work of a house in the Bhajanpura area in September 1999.

FIR has been registered in Boisar police station under Sections 280 (Making atmosphere noxious to health), 125 (Endangering life or personal safety of others), 286 (Negligent conduct with respect to poisonous substance) and 289 (Negligence with respect to machinery) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
