The Chief Minister further noted that Uttarakhand has reinforced its unique identity by becoming the first state to implement a Uniform Civil Code (UCC).
"The active participation of women, youth, statehood activists, ex-servicemen and the global Uttarakhand community is paving the way for building a strong and self-reliant Uttarakhand," he said.
The Silver Jubilee celebrations will see the participation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and CM Dhami at the main event being held at the Forest Research Institute (FRI) in Dehradun.
