Central Railway to run 50 more summer special trains

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], Mar 27 (ANI): Central Railway on Wednesday announced that it would run 50 summer special trains to clear the extra rush of passengers during summer between CST Mumbai and Lucknow and Lokmanya Tilak Terminus to Gorakhpur.

Pune-Gorakhpur summer special train will also halt at Lucknow station.

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], Mar 27 (ANI): Central Railway on Wednesday announced that it would run 50 summer special trains to clear the extra rush of passengers during summer between CST Mumbai and Lucknow and Lokmanya Tilak Terminus to Gorakhpur.
According to an official release, a weekly special train (01019) will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus at 11.05 hrs on every Thursday from April 11 to July 4 (13 trips) and will arrive Lucknow at 13.45 hrs next day. 
The Central Railway will also run Superfast weekly special Train (02108) from Lucknow on every Friday from April 12 to July 5 (13 trips) to CSMT Mumbai taking stops at Dadar, Kalyan, Igatpuri, Bhusaval, Itarsi, Bhopal, Jhansi, Orai and Kanpur.
The other special trains including Lokmanya Tilak Terminus–Gorakhpur Weekly specials (24 trips), train No. 01023 weekly special (12 trips) and train No. 01024 weekly (12 trips).
The railway announced to shift the terminal train No. 12167/12168 LTT–Varanasi Superfast Express from Varanasi to Manduadih from March in both directions. There will be no change in the existing timings between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus and Varanasi.
According to release, train No. 01475/01476 Pune-Gorakhpur summer special will also halt at Lucknow station. (ANI)
