Panaji (Goa) [India], March 28 (ANI): Brajesh Kumar Upadhyay, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Goa Shipyard Limited, has been re-elected as the Vice Chairman of the Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) for a second consecutive term.
