New Delhi [India], June 21 (ANI): After the Directorate of Enforcement moved the Delhi High Court against the trial court order granting bail to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the Delhi excise policy case, AAP leader Sanjay Singh lashed out at the BJP-led government, saying that the lower court has said in its order that the ED is working with "biased attitude".
Singh attached a part of the court's order to his post on X and said the BJP should go into silence and apologise to Arvind Kejriwal and the Aam Aadmi Party.
"After reading this order Modi and BJP should go into complete silence and apologise to @ArvindKejriwal and @AamAadmiParty. The court has raised questions on the role of ED in its order. 'The court has written in the order that ED is working with a biased attitude in this case'," Singh wrote on X.
Earlier in the day, the AAP leader hit out at the BJP-led central government and said that "it is making fun of the system".
"Look at the hooliganism of the Modi Government, the trial court's order has not come yet, even the copy of the order is not available, then which order has Modi's ED gone to challenge in High Court? What is happening in this country? Why are you making fun of the justice system Modiji, the whole country is watching you," he said on X.

Earlier, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh slammed the central government over the "gross misuse" of the central agencies.
"In the last 10 years, Narendra Modi has grossly misused the Central investigation agencies like CBI, and ED. These agencies must function in an unbiased manner," he said.

Enforcement Directorate has moved the Delhi High Court to set aside the order passed by Special Judge (Vacation Judge), Rouse Avenue District Courts granting bail to Kejriwal.
Arvind Kejriwal was arrested on March 21 this year.
On May 10, the Supreme Court granted him interim bail until June 1 to allow him to campaign for the Lok Sabha elections. Kejriwal surrendered on June 2 after his interim bail ended. (ANI)
