Aurangabad (Bihar) [India], September 22 (ANI): A doctor on Friday was assaulted by police for not giving way to a cop vehicle in Bihar's Aurangabad.

Bihar: Police brutally assaults doctor for not giving way to their vehicle

Aurangabad (Bihar) [India], September 22 (ANI): A doctor on Friday was assaulted by police for not giving way to a cop vehicle in Bihar's Aurangabad.

Bihar Health Service Association (BHSA) stated that, "Aurangabad's police brutally assaulted the doctor, Manish Singh, for merely not giving pass to a police vehicle at a congested traffic area".

BHSA totally condemned this act of the police and demanded immediate action against the accused.

Later after receiving protest calls from various districts, BHSA members will soon hold a protest if Aurangabad police authority will fails to penalise the culprits.

The victim is working at Sadar Hospital in Aurangabad and is currently given immediate medical care.
