Muzaffarpur (Bihar) [India], Feb. 24 (ANI): Bihar Governor Satya Pal Malik on Saturday expressed his grief over Muzaffarpur accident and offered condolences towards the families of the deceased.

Bihar Governor expresses grief over Muzaffarpur accident

Muzaffarpur (Bihar) [India], Feb. 24 (ANI): Bihar Governor Satya Pal Malik on Saturday expressed his grief over Muzaffarpur accident and offered condolences towards the families of the deceased.

Nine children were killed and 24 students were injured when a car rammed into a government school building at Ahiyapur in Muzaffarpur.

A statement from Bihar Raj Bhavan said that the Governor is grief-struck upon this incident and prays to God to provide care and support to the affected families.

In an update, three children are in a critical condition and among the injured two of them were ladies who had been admitted to the Sri Krishna Medical College and Hospital at Muzaffarpur.

The Chief Minister of Bihar has also announced an ex-gratia for the families of the deceased. (ANI)
