Bihar: 11-day long sanitation workers strike ends

The ongoing dispute between the management of the Food Corporation of India (FCI) and its sole recognised union, Bhartiya Khadya Nigam Karamchari Sangh (BKNKS), was taken up for conciliation on Thursday before the Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) in New Delhi.

Gujarat chief minister Bhupendra Patel on Thursday distributed 40 electric cars to Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) across the state in Gandhinagar to facilitate practical training in electric vehicle technology for trainees in the Motor Mechanic trade. Patiala House Court on Wednesday granted bail to Divyansh Girdhar, Bhudev Sharma and Kuber Meena. They were arrested by the Delhi Police in the AI Summit Protest case.
