Cachar (Assam) [India], August 24 (ANI): Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Saturday visited Silchar Medical College and Hospital and dedicated a 20-bed cardiology ICU to patient care.
This visit is part of the Chief Minister's final day of a three-day tour of Barak Valley.
