Around 60-70 terrorists ready to infiltrate Indian borders

Around 60-70 terrorists ready to infiltrate Indian borders

Gulmarg (Jammu and Kashmir) Delhi [India] October 2 (ANI): Around 60-70 terrorists are present on the launching pads in Pakistan and are ready to infiltrate in India, informed Major General R.P. Kalita on Monday.

General Kalita said terrorists are ready to infiltrate through 19 division of Baramulla from Gulmarg to Naugam of Jammu and Kashmir.

Speaking to the media here, Kalita said, "An infiltration bid was foiled earlier today by alert soldiers along the LoC in Rampur sector of Baramulla district. Around 60-70 terrorists are present on launching pads and they are ready to infiltrate through 19 division of Baramulla from Gulmarg to Naugam".

Earlier in the day, two terrorists were killed as Indian Army foiled an infiltration bid in along the Line of Control in Rampur and Tangdhar sectors of Jammu & Kashmir's Baramulla district.

The army also recovered weapons from them.

A search operation is still underway in this regard. (ANI)
