Kannur (Kerala) [India] January 19 (ANI): An Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) worker was hacked to death on Friday near Kuthuparamba in Kerala's Kannur district.

Shyam Prasad (24), a resident of Peravoor city in Kannur, was a Peravoor Government ITI student who was killed while he was travelling on a bike.

The incident took place earlier in the evening.

The police said he the doctors declared him brought dead.

An investigation is underway to nab the culprits. (ANI)
