"3,400 crore given to farmers in 2 years": Rajasthan CM meets with farmers in Hanumangarh

Hanumangarh (Rajasthan) [India], April 9(ANI): Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, while reiterating the government's commitment to strengthening the farmers in the state, highlighted how around Rs 3,400 crore have been disbursed to farmers of the Ganganagar area. CM Sharma, while looking to solve the problems of the farmers, assured them that the party's poll promises would be implemented fully.
The Rajasthan Chief Minister visited Hanumangarh district and held a meeting with the farmers of the Bhakra Canal area at the PWD Guest House in Hanumangarh.
"If the farmer is strong, then our state will definitely be strong. I used to see every day that farmers of Hanumangarh, Ganganagar are at some block office, district office for some issue or the other...We will solve the farmers' problems. You have seen that within 2 years, an estimate of Rs 3,400 crore has been given for the farmers of Ganganagar," he said.
CM Sharma gave them "detailed information" about the state government's efforts in the agriculture sector, farmer welfare schemes, and modern agricultural techniques.

He further talked about ensuring the completion of BJP's poll promises.
"I want to assure you that the benefits that we have given in our Sankalp Patra and the things that we have said to you, our government will definitely do it. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, our Ganganagar will develop, our Hanumangarh will develop, our Rajasthan will develop and our country will develop," he added.
During his visit, the Chief Minister also held interactions with the public to listen to their grievances and directed officials to ensure that their complaints be resolved. Afterwards, he also held a meeting with the party's district leaders, discussing organisational issues and future planning for the party. (ANI)
