3 passengers injured while trying to deboard running train in Maharashtra's Kalyan

3 passengers travelling in 12124 Deccan Queen Express were injured after they tried to deboard the running train. The passengers tried to deboard the running train at Maharashtra's Kalyan and fell down. The train was then stopped immediately by the train crew and station staff at Kalyan on seeing passengers fall down from the train.

Kalyan (Maharashtra) [India], October 6 (ANI): Three passengers on the Pune-Mumbai Deccan Queen Express sustained injuries after they tried to deboard the running train at the Kalyan Railway Station on Friday.
The 12124 Pune Junction to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (Mumbai) does not have a stop at the Kalyan Railway Station and the passengers were attempting to get off the running train when they fell and injured themselves, railway officials said.
The train was halted immediately and the train crew and station staff rushed the injured passengers to the KDMC Govt Rukmini Bai Hospital near the Kalyan station.
The train was briefly halted in light of the incident.
According to the preliminary report, of the three passengers, the condition of one was said to be fine.
However, the remaining two passengers, aged 40 and 25 years, have sustained severe injuries. (ANI)
