Yadav vs Yadav war resembling family fighting for property: Congress
New Delhi [India], Oct. 23 (ANI): With the rift within the Yadav family growing wider and quest for power becoming more apparent, the Congress Party on Sunday blamed Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav for failing to keep the political affairs separate from family ties. Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit also said the infighting is resembling a family fighting for property. "The party has become similar to a family dispute fighting for ownership. It seems that Mulayam has failed to understand that by adding more family members, the infighting would further escalate," Diskshit told ANI. The infighting among the Yadav family took a new twist when Samajwadi Party's general secretary Ram Gopal Yadav wrote a letter earlier today to the workers asking them to stand behind his nephew and Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav. In his one-page letter, Ram Gopal stated that the Samajwadi Party would yet again form the government in Uttar Pradesh under Akhilesh's leadership. He said that those behind his nephew were those who sacrificed their life and blood for the party while others were misusing their position for ulterior motives. Warning the Chief Minister's critics, Ram Gopal further said that they would be expelled if they do not follow the party high command's order. (ANI)
