Twitter gets heart-eyes for Hello Kitty-themed bullet train

New Delhi [India], May 22 (ANI): Have you ever dreamt of a train decked in Hello Kitty merchandise, full of pink baubles, and just simply a kid's heaven? Well, it is now soon going to be a reality in Japan.

New Delhi [India], May 22 (ANI): Have you ever dreamt of a train decked in Hello Kitty merchandise, full of pink baubles, and just simply a kid's heaven? Well, it is now soon going to be a reality in Japan.
One excited user posted, "Guess who's going to Japan this summer".



Another user wrote, "I wish we could have cool things like this.???? Maybe, if all of our trains were Hello Kitty trains, people here wouldn't be so cranky and mean. The West Japan Railway Co. confirmed the news and said that it will begin operating the character-themed bullet train on June 30, according to Twitter".


A user got nostalgic and tweeted, "Good tribute to beloved Japanese character. This was the first Japanese toy I saw".


One post read, " Whaaaaaaaat!?!?!!! Lol!! Holy smokes!! Time to visit Japan!! Hahaha".


"Ik!!! Argh!! Lol?? I loved Hello Kitty as a kid!! I still think all that stuff is adorably cute", one tweet read.


The Japan Times confirmed the running of trains and that West Japan Railway Co. will begin operating a Hello Kitty-themed bullet train on June 30.
The special train, decorated with pink ribbons like the character, will be used to promote local attractions and specialty goods, and passengers will have the chance to pose for photos with a big Hello Kitty doll, according to the Japan daily
Furthermore, 500-series Shinkansen bullet train will be used for the daily rounds between Osaka and Fukuoka. (ANI)
