TravelParo, a newborn star in the travel industry

New Delhi [India], Mar 9 (ANI): The concept of personal concierge desk has been heard for Corporate Travel and Hotel Bookings majorly. However it's very rare that a user gets a personal relationship manager for Taxi Bookings.

For the first time in online cab bookings, TravelParo brings one's own personalised relationship manager which manages the smallest of the concern from the time the booking is done till the journey is completed. TravelParo makes sure that the user feels secured and enjoys every second of the travel.

TravelParo, a six Months-old startup, headquartered in Delhi, an online transport aggregation company has all the traveling alternatives like package cabs, outstation taxis, and one way cabs under a single roof without undermining either the service quality or the trustworthiness of the drivers.

In such a short span of time, the company has expanded to 300 cities in India including Delhi- NCR, Mumbai, Gujarat, North East viz. Guwahati, Aizwal, Agartala, Bihar, West Bengal, Punjab, etc.

The new concept of relationship managers in the industry is to ensure that the client gets priority for every booking. One relationship manager is dedicated to each booking and it is ensured that he is just a call away from the customer throughout the booking to provide a personalized experience via a non-IVR contact number.

The customer support team and dedicated relationship managers are available 24*7, 365 days to resolve the queries on priority basis. The company provides regular training for safe driving, driving habits, cleanliness, soft skills, etiquettes etc. so that they can provide a better experience for its clients.

The company is breaking the existing unorganized clutter in the market with the focus in Tier II and Tier III cities not touched by other organized players viz. The company's main strengths are Tier II and tier III cities like Patna, Bhubaneshwar, Rourkela, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Bhagalpur, Balasore, Puri, Shillong, Jodhpur, Kota, Jaipur, etc.

"In such a short period of time, we have expanded to approximately 300 cities so far with an inventory of 35000 cabs. The response we are getting is very encouraging. The company has already done approx one million kms within 1 month of launch of operations. The company is the official cab partner for Super Fight League, a sixteen fight nights consisting of some of the toughest fighters in mixed martial arts today" (The first of its kind league in Mixed Martial Arts in the world). The growth opportunities are huge considering USD 20 billion market size," said head- strategy, TravelParo, Praveen Kumar.

"We are planning to grow to 500 cities by end of the year and are looking forward to launching one-way cabs pan India, drivers mobile app and ETA of the driver concept for retail. Our aim is to ensure that our users get the best experience, which is indeed our main priority," added Kumar.

The company is starting with web-based bookings with the belief that web based bookings are more rather than the app based bookings. TravelParo already has offers for funding from different sources however the company is waiting for enough growth to raise the appropriate funding. (ANI)
