Sogani's business in the year 2015. Sogani Group of Companies is a diverse group which is currently operating in various fields like construction, jewellery manufacturing and retail, clothing retail, import and export of manufactured gold and diamond jewellery, hospitality industry - Resort and Hotel. After a few months of training, she is now working passionately on the expansion of Sogani Group globally. In her own words, "I am determined to achieve new heights and success for the business my father established years ago. Within the next 5 years, I want to establish our flagship stores in UK and Dubai." A Visionary Being an effective coordinator, excellent leader and a visionary, she initiated the demand planning and supply chain models in-house that reduced the operating expenses by 25 percent and set up a completely new electronic stock management system.
